Santa Claus is coming to Castletroy
The Children’s Christmas Party will take place in the club house on Saturday, 16th December, from 2pm to 4pm, with Santa and his helpers due to arrive by 2.15pm. We are delighted that he will be taking time out of his busy schedule to visit our club and meet the member’s children and grandchildren.
On a child focused, fun occasion such as this, your friends and neighbours are more than welcome too. There will be no requirement for parents to arrange to bring a gift as the novelty will be the experience of meeting Santa himself. Selection Boxes will be presented to all children who come along. Parents should note that Santa’s Helpers will be operating “roll-call” system for children.
To attend with your little ones, please text their names and ages to 086 4061234.
Santa’s helpers plan on being highly organised. To make sure the “roll call” system works effectively, parents are asked for their co-operation by making sure to text the names and ages of attending children to the above number no later than lunch-time on Fri 15th Dec. Parents might also like to hand Santa’s helpers a little note when they arrive on Saturday with some additional information.
Over the past two years, we have seen the re-introduction of what, in the past, has been lovely festive tradition in Castletroy. So make sure to get into the festive sprit and bring your kids and grand-kids to your club to meet with Santa. There will lots of activity on the day and don’t forget your cameras/phones to capture those magical moments!
